Using the website, submitting a request, uploading files, accepting an offer, paying or approving artwork means you accept these terms.
mi-eshop.gr operates as a request, quote and production platform connected to protected M.I. SERVICES operations. A submitted form is not automatically an accepted order.
All amounts are in euros. Unless stated otherwise, prices are indicative or starting prices and exclude VAT. Final pricing depends on quantity, materials, files, production time, delivery, installation and supplier availability.
Orders become binding after company confirmation, offer acceptance, file/artwork approval and payment or deposit where required. Customers are responsible for checking all submitted details, print-ready files and final proofs.
Payment methods may include card/POS, Viva Smart Checkout or payment link, Piraeus Bank and Optima Bank. Production starts after payment confirmation or deposit where required. Online card payments will be handled through a secure Viva-hosted checkout once the payment bridge is enabled. M.I. SERVICES does not store full card details. Delivery times are working-day estimates. A destination outside Greece starts as a quote request using the destination country and city/area. It is quote-only, is not an accepted dispatch and cannot be paid until M.I. confirms coverage, packing, carrier and the final amount in writing. The written offer states which delivery charges, taxes, duties or import costs are included; anything not expressly listed is not treated as part of the offer. For KTEL and transport-agency routes, M.I. arranges and prepays the actual carrier charge, which is borne by the customer and paid to M.I. before dispatch, unless a customer special agreement with the selected operator is reviewed and approved. For courier or collection by the customer’s carrier, the charge may use the submitted customer account after verification or be arranged through M.I., according to the form selection. For collection by the customer’s carrier, Peristeri or Kallithea must be selected; the exact address and pickup time are confirmed in writing for that order. The transport-agency option is terminal collection only. If the selected KTEL or agency does not accept the parcel at handoff, resending is not automatic: a new EUR 10.00 + VAT M.I. handoff plus the actual carrier charge must be confirmed and paid before another dispatch. The available carrier voucher/reference is sent to the client for every third-party dispatch.
After delivery, the client may submit a claim with the job code, description, product photos, package photos, inside-box photos, test copies where available, voucher or stamped carrier paper. For damage or loss by a third-party carrier, the client must also notify the carrier immediately with tracking/reference and photos. M.I. SERVICES compares the claim with the approved file, job history, packing photos and carrier handoff proof. Initial response is provided within 2 business days where possible.
B2B and reseller access is protected and opens only for approved partners or businesses. Resellers access protected pricing through a verified account per company and user, not through a shared password or generic code.
Optional Greek VAT verification retrieves basic registry details from AADE only for a genuine application or transaction and only for an approved, signed-in user. The customer must review the returned details before submitting. A successful result does not prove authority to represent the business, automatically grant credit, B2B or reseller access, or replace M.I. SERVICES review. The first successfully verified VAT is linked to the account business profile, and a later change requires M.I. review. AADE automatically notifies the business of the lookup through myAADE. Manual entry remains available.
Promotion BTS-SEPT26 runs from 1 September 2026 00:00 through 30 September 2026 23:59:59 in the Europe/Athens timezone. The 10% reduction is applied automatically and only to the net product price of exact-priced flyers, exact-priced Flying Banners and both approved 1,000-card laminated packages (5 or 2 business days). It does not apply to VAT, delivery, artwork, M.I. Designer, logo/vector work, urgent handling, extra services or later adjustments. Quote-only configurations may record potential eligibility but never create an automatically discounted payable amount. The promotion is non-stackable: a verified reseller receives the lower of the existing reseller price or the public customer price after 10% off, never a second discount. M.I. server systems determine eligibility, time and amount; URL parameters, coupon text or altered browser fields cannot force the promotion.
Where a fulfilled order is marked eligible, 2 MI Coins per EUR 1 of eligible value are credited after discounts and excluding VAT, delivery and fees. Credit normally remains pending for 14 days, and cancellation, return, chargeback, non-payment or correction may cancel or reverse the matching entry. Every 100 MI Coins equal EUR 1 of eligible service credit. MI Coins are not money; they cannot be purchased, transferred or withdrawn as cash. Any 10asec contributor rewards follow a separate qualification and audit process.
These terms are governed by Greek and European law. Disputes are subject to the courts of the company registered seat unless otherwise required by law.
