FREE COLLECTION
Two partner points, one clear process.
Choose the most convenient point in your order. Collection is available only after we confirm that the job is ready. These are partner collection points and are not the company’s registered office or retail premises.
KTEL · PORT · FERRY · AGENCY
Choose a collection point or request delivery to your address.
For KTEL, choose Kifisos or Liosion and enter the route. For a transport agency, choose from the directory or add your own and enter its city, address and departure schedule. For destinations outside Greece, submit the country and city for a separate written offer. Every route and parcel acceptance is confirmed before dispatch.
Collect from the agreed point. KTEL, port and transport-agency carriage is arranged and prepaid by M.I.; a KTEL or agency exception is reviewed only when you have a special agreement with the operator.
For courier, our own delivery or available local KTEL delivery, we confirm coverage, cost and address before payment. Ferry shipments are collected only at the destination harbour.
Provide the destination and your contact details. M.I.O.C. creates a private research task and the team notifies you after approving the suitable option.
The directories help identify the operator. Routes, parcel acceptance, timetables and prices are confirmed separately for every request.
Our company is not responsible for damage, delays or losses that may occur during transport by a third-party provider. We handle proper packing, delivery organization and, where needed, photo confirmation before dispatch.
The base charge covers the M.I. handoff at Piraeus port for up to 5 boxes. You collect only at the destination harbour; this method does not offer address delivery. The actual ferry charge is confirmed, prepaid by M.I. and paid to us before dispatch. The carrier voucher is sent to the client.
The base charge covers the M.I. handoff to the selected KTEL terminal for up to 5 boxes. The actual KTEL charge is confirmed and prepaid by M.I., unless a customer special agreement with KTEL is approved. If KTEL does not accept the parcel, resending requires a new confirmation: EUR 10.00 + VAT for the new M.I. handoff plus the actual KTEL charge per box. The voucher is sent to the client.
The base charge covers only the M.I. handoff to your selected agency in Attica. The actual agency charge is borne by the customer, confirmed and prepaid by M.I., and paid to us before dispatch unless a customer special agreement with the agency is approved. Collection is from the agency only. If the agency does not accept the parcel, resending requires a new confirmation and payment: EUR 10.00 + VAT for the new M.I. handoff plus the actual agency charge. The voucher is sent to the client.
Enter the destination country and city/area. We check packing, coverage, carrier and the final charge, then send a written offer. This selection is not payable until M.I. confirms it.
Price is calculated per Attica area and covers up to 5 boxes. Over 5 boxes, EUR 1.00 is added per extra box.
Choose Peristeri or Kallithea and enter the provider, driver or taxi you will send. No company-directory selection is required. The exact pickup address and time are confirmed in writing. You arrange and pay for the transport directly.
Installations and special services are not priced as simple delivery.
