Use, dimensions and technical requirements Upload a model archive or reference files For STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP: place the model file inside a ZIP/RAR archive. Photos, a sketch or reference PDF are also accepted. Up to 25 MB per file and 100 MB total.

For a large model archive, send the ZIP/RAR with WeTransfer and use the same reference code before submitting the form.

Place STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP inside ZIP/RAR and state the units, final dimensions, intended use, mating points, tolerances, preferred material and finish. If no model exists, send photos or a measured sketch with a reference link.

For a 3D request, dimensions are the object’s final real-world dimensions. Printability, tolerances, orientation, material, finish and any assembly are confirmed in writing after technical review.
