Why the phone says Open instead of Install
If Chrome says Open, Android already has that PWA installed. Remove the old app/home-screen icon first, then revisit the URL in Chrome and install again.
- Open in ChromeUse Chrome on Android and open the Client App or Work App URL.
- MenuTap the three-dot menu in Chrome.
- InstallTap Install app or Add to Home screen.
- If it says OpenThe app is already installed. Remove the old home-screen/app entry, then open the URL again.
- Sign inUse /app-account. Owner/staff/driver/reseller/B2B access still needs activation.
Role test
Use owner access to inspect every UI, then test each job title.
Your owner account is the highest level. It can preview every role UI so we can decide what staff, drivers, resellers and B2B users should really see.
Activate your account as owner. Open Work App. You should see all role/job UIs.
Activate a staff account. Open Work App and Orders. Staff should see only staff job/proof tools.
Activate a driver account. Driver should see delivery/order proof tools only when status allows.
Open Client App and Orders. Client should not see staff camera/signature controls.
Open Work App without activation. It should show locked/account-gate state.
Viva/card payment should wait until credentials, webhook, return/cancel URLs, idempotency and CRM reconciliation pass. Use manual/demo checks first.
